These clients wanted to utilize their front yard more, make it more beautiful and get rid of the dead grass in their front yard.  Together, we came up with a courtyard design with a 6 foot block wall surrounding it, with a Santa Barbara stucco finish.  They chose a neutral paver that matched their house and roof, and we added the stone veneer for interest and texture throughout the front yard.  The end effect was a stunning transformation!
